The Guide contains:

• The names of all Democratic candidates who will appear on Bernalillo County ballots
• Information on proposed NM Constitutional Amendments that could have disproportionate negative effects on residents of New Mexico
• Proposed changes to the City of Albuquerque Charter that will have a potentially harmful effect on governance in Albuquerque
